COLOMBES, France - Monday, November 18th 2013 [ME NewsWire]

(BUSINESS WIRE) Oberthur Technologies, one of the world’s largest providers of security and identification solutions and services based on smart card technologies, today announced important organization changes in the leadership team of the company:

Marek Juda is appointed Managing Director of the Solutions Business Unit. Marek Juda is a high level international manager who occupied various Managing Director positions at Bull, where he was General Manager for Poland and CEO of Amg.net, an IT services company operating in the Finance and Telecom segments. His career and his experience in IT services, in selling and implementing solutions, as well as in managed services will be key to developing the Solutions business at Oberthur Technologies. He replaces Arnaud de La Chapelle, appointed to others functions in the Group.
Frédéric Beylier is appointed Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for accelerating operational performance across the company. Since January 2013 he has reorganized financial functions at Oberthur Technologies and then, since June, was CFO of the company. He was previously CEO of a company where he succeeded in the turnaround, disposal and finally integration within the Bonduelle Group.
Anne-France Laclide is appointed Chief Financial Officer a position that includes Finance and Legal functions at Group level. She comes from the Elis Group where she was CFO for the past 18 months. She has a strong background as CFO in various fields such as retail, in companies like Guilbert, Marionnaud and Grandvision, where she acquired her international experience.
Denis Langlois is appointed Vice-President Human Resources. Formerly, he held the same position in the Lagardère Group. He has acquired a strong experience in international Human Resources as well as Industrial Operations throughout his career, in prestigious technology Groups such as Thomson, Philips, as well as Schlumberger and Bull.

These appointments complement those before the summer in the Executive Committee, with Matthew Foxton, Vice-President Communications and Brand, and Pierre Barrial, President for Latin America.

“The strengthening of the leadership team is a new important step in the development of Oberthur Technologies, less than one month after the announcement of the successful refinancing of the Group” said Didier Lamouche, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oberthur Technologies. “Through these appointments and those made before the summer, high level talents have now joined OT. Together with the current team, they constitute a world class, international, experienced and ambitious management team. These are, according to me, essential qualities considering our objective to position OT as a leader on each of its markets”.
