Mubarak Abdulrahman Al Hashemi, civilian employee at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi and inventor of the ‘Smart Patrol’ project said that providing realistic innovative ideas is part of the ingrained well-established values and sense of giving that characterize the UAE, which has spared no effort to provide the necessary resources to support the creative and innovative work, so as to encourage purposeful ideas and vital projects that serve police work.

Al Hashemi noted that the keenness and great attention dedicated by the country’s leadership, and its ongoing and unrelenting support to allow Emiratis to provide distinguished ideas, have been the motive that encouraged him to come up with an idea that serves the generous country, while seeking to obtain the innovation diploma at the Ministry of Interior.
